I was reading someone's post about probiotics and it started me looking for a non-allergenic, homemade yogurt recipe. I found this one that can be made in a crock pot. Can't wait to try it!

Cory,
I read the comments after the recipe and it appears that it works best with coconut or soy milk. I tried making rice yogurt in my yogurt maker, but it never turned out well. I can't remember if I tried using almond or coconut milks. I know that you need to add sugar so that the bacteria has something to feed upon. Some type of thickener seems necessary, too.
Thanks for posting the link. Let us know how it turns out if you try it.

You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
