If your Enterolab tests revealed that you're intolerant to casein, then you probably shouldn't eat goat's milk, even though the MRT testing showed it non-reactive. IMHO, the Enterolab test results for gluten, casein, eggs and soy trump the MRT green results.

I agree with Tex and Gloria. Especially during the LEAP diet, I would advise avoiding ALL grains, dairy, and legumes, regardless of what your MRT showed. What do you mean by "high" green? Are you going week by week with your diet and just adding one new low green food a day?
A word of caution......are you working with a dietitian? I don't mean to bash the profession, but there are issues that they don't know about unless they are intimately familiar with MC. And probably the only person in the world who is, is Mary Beth. Wish we could clone her! What I mean is.......that certain foods may appear safe on MRT but may in fact create problems, like grains/pseudograins, legumes, histamine-containing foods, etc.

I am trying to move forward week by week. However, when I left out all legumes, and everything removed by enterolab results I was left with very little to eat.
I am working with a dietician, who is very inexperienced, and doesn't really understand MC. She was keen I eat lentils and fresh produce.
She is consulting with Mary Beth. whom I asked, and who told me to add in some foods from week 2 so I have a reasonable amount to eat.
I am trying not to move away from the schedule. I am on phase 2 right now time wise. There are foods on the schedule I know I cannot eat, so I am ignoring them, and while figuring out what to eat.
Thee are a lot of grains on the schedule. I am trying them, but I am STRUGGLING now with terrible C. Worse than before. I have a feeling the grains are causing it.
BTW - the program actually says that if there are foods I was eating before and were safe I should be able to eat them now. Like potatoes, of which I am eating some.
