I see that link does not work. I googled "rotation diet food groups" and that is how I found it. It does have metametrix address below the link with a bunch of those add ons. Just do the google search if you are interested.

I had no idea that mangoes are in the cashew family. Now I know that I will have to treat cashews and pistachios like the same food in a rotation diet because they are both in the same family. So is poison ivy.
