Charlotte's MRT results

Post by wonderwoman »

I had some time this morning so I tried posting a picture of my MRT results and it worked. Very simple, however, it might be too small so you can't read it so I will list the items in order.

I have eliminated night shades because of solanine being a yellow, even though potatoes, tomatoes peppers, and egg plant are a green (some pretty high green)

told to watch tyramine (found in aged, fermented or spoiled foods) found in wine, wine vinegar, aged cheese, liver, smoked meats, poultry, fish, spinach, avocado, tomatoes, bananas, prunes, raisins, Because of this I have not been eating spinach which I love. I do eat greener bananas, but not real ripe ones.

Fortunately there were only two red items, ginger & capsaicin (in chili peppers or creams that produce a warming effect)

I am patiently waiting for my Enterolab results which I expect around May 23 so I can tweek my diet even further.

Hi Charlotte,

I'd say that's a pretty good list of acceptable foods. You have a few reactive ones, which is fine because it gives you some foods to eliminate and hopefully improve.
