Lesson Learned

Post by JFR »

I have been very disciplined for about 6 weeks now and for some unknown reason yesterday I ate a whole lot of veggies, all well-cooked, but much too much and today I am paying the price with multiple bathroom trips. So I have gone back to the straight and narrow and am hoping things will quiet down fairly quickly. I do not actually think it was any particular food just the sheer quantity of vegetative matter I consumed. I guess i was just testing out that this was for real. Live and learn.

HI Jean, I know what you mean. I have to make sure I eat smaller amounts 4 times a day. It just works better for me. Still I have those days where I am just plain HUNGRY and it takes superhuman strength to not overdo it -- I don't possess superhuman strength all the time. I hope you are back on track fast.
