Vitamin D deficiency may cause depression.

Post by Bifcus16 »

I suspect this won't surprise us:

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 152358.htm
Women with moderate to severe depression had substantial improvement in their symptoms of depression after they received treatment for their vitamin D deficiency, a new study finds.
Interestingly, we find a lot of MCers also report experiencing depression. There are also vitamin D linkages with MC.

If you haven't had your levels checked, perhaps it is time to do so.

Lyn,

That certainly fits right in with the experience of many members here.

Thanks for the link,

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
