I 'friended' the food doc on facebook. You can find him under TheFood Doc
He posed something today very interesting... a photo of an Eosinophilic Esophagitis patient's esophageal biopsy showing marked infiltration of esophagus with eosinophils. RAST IgE antibody testing confirms multiple food allergies.
Pretty interesting, just thought i'd share.
