It has been a terrible day stoamch wise. If I elaborate on this post I will indeed cry. My mom used to me on bad days, "Go to bed, everything looks better in the morning" Heeding that advice!
Sorry you are having another bad day. I've had quite a few of those even after eliminating foods. Things will get better. Stay strong and praying tomorrow will be a better day for you.

Hope you're feeling better today Camie! This disease really stinks some days!
Camie, move over and make room for me! I've been using that advise for over a week now and finally went back to 6mg of entocort a day in hopes of stopping the WD. I can deal with the D but its the fatigue, eye pain, and headache that's killing me. It's awful to wake up in the morning and not feel any better than when I went to bed. We don't have much choice but to get up and keep trying! Hope you're feeling better soon.
Not to push supplements but have you tried the methylcobalimin B12. I'm taking 2000 mcg per day. I'm taking Jarrow but there a number of brands out there. It is the more absorbable form of b12. I had improvements in 2 weeks and have now been on it 10-12 weeks and can finally do something in the evening. Yea! I'm also taking a couple of other absorbable b's for brain issues.
Thanks Brandy! I was just going to order some B vitamins since I continue to feel so fatigued. I prefer to try a brand that someone here suggests since there are so many to choose from and it gets overwhelming. I'll give it a try, I'm up for anything that could help.
Not a bad idea to go back to bed. I have had many days like that. I just want to burst out crying. Better days will come though, they are just around the corner. Feel better soon.
