Laine, I have been using it for the past several months as it is supposed to help adrenal issues. I have found that when my tremors get bad or I feel shaky that they seem to help. It's been used for ages in Russia and China and I've read that the Siberian one is the best. I didn't know it could help LC but it makes sense that if it's calming it could help. Deb

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Thank you Tex!! Had my blood drawn for testing IgA and IgG deficiency. Thanks for that suggestion as well. Not sure what I can do for the deficiency but it's important to know in case I ever need a blood transfusion.
Deb, what brand do you use and where do you buy it? Interesting that it works for adrenal issues.

Cathy,
Please keep us informed, because as far as I'm aware, other than Hotrod and Deb, no one else here has ever given it an extensive trial. And as you know, a cohort of 1 or 2 subjects does not provide a very reliable statistical database, to say the least.
