Since I need to eat more liver for iron does anyone have any pate recipes? Maybe something with some garlic and wine. I'm ok with both ingredients in moderation.

Here are a couple from my files. I don't think I've made them but they sound good. I don't know if you can do ghee and they both use brandy instead of wine but I'm sure you can sub as needed.
