Online Class for Gluten Free Eating

Post by Mrs Turtle »

I have been meeting with a nutritionist to help me figure out how to eat gluten free. I found her through a Saturday morning radio show in the Twin Cities called "Dishing Up Nutrition." I would catch some of this program on my way to the golf course, and heard them talk about how bad gluten was. After I discovered this forum, I began to consider changing my diet, but I didn't know how. I now try to live gluten free, Diet Coke free, and mostly sugar free.

This company, Nutritional Weight and Wellness, now offers an online class called "Going Gluten Free The Healthy Way." Those of you trying to figure out how to eat gluten free might find this class helpful. It is a video class 80 minutes long available for only $24.95 at weightandwellness.com

I can't figure out how to copy the full web address on my iPad, so you will have to make your way though the options under Services. I do not work for this company, but I know how much better I feel following (mostly) the eating plan and recipes from my nutritionist. This is a much more affordable and accessible option for those of you living elsewhere.
