CRAAAAMP!

DAMMIT!
I need to go out. Have to shop, but I have such waves of cramp. Nothing is happening, not even farts. Not even my squatty potty is helping.

Sorry to hear that Leslie- I had some pretty severe cramping this morning that stopped me dead in my tracks which is unusual for me. Hope you find some relief soon.

Lesley, does walking help? Oddly enough when I was having cramping early on, it was frequently eased by walking some. Not long. It wouldn't have been my first guess until I experienced it a couple of times.

I'm sorry you are having cramping to the point it interferes with daily activities like shopping.

Lesley, would some peppermint tea help? Sometimes it helps when I'm cramping.

Thanks all! My bowel FINALLY moved things along, and I had multiple BMs. Not over yet. I did go shopping, and had to rush back, but didn't have a problem while out.

Lots of mucous. I wish I could afford more testing to see if I am still at the same levels, or if any healing has taken place.
