a little reminder

Post by Gabes-Apg »

with some of the recent discussions, and questions from newbies, i read this in a book and decided to put it onto one of my photos as a reminder

it is about progress - not perfection

whether you are just starting entocort/budenside or tapering off it
whether you are dealing with other health issues or considering MRT
whether the change of season is causing symptoms
or whether the events/people** in your life are causing you issues
**or dogs in lesley's case

it is about progress - not perfection

Very well put Gabes, thanks for reminding us of that. I'll take progress any day over the ever elusive pursuit of perfection.

And progress isn't always linear, ups and downs will occur. Thanks Gabe.

Yup, I'm trying to focus more on the quality of my health journey, not just the destination.

Very nice Gabes and I have to remember not to let a set back get me completely down.

Gabes,

As always, you have a knack for getting right to the heart of the issue, from a practical, down-to-earth viewpoint.

Thank you for your always-valuable insight.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
