A friend just recommended the julesglutenfree website. I have ordered her starter kit so do not know yet about recommending it. She has been able to make a gluten free flour. The reviews are on the website are awesome. I was able to download her cookbooks with the starter kit. They look awesome. I had been worried about cooking for the holidays but this may have solved the problem.
