Enterolab--Egg score of 10

Post by brandy »

My enterolab egg score was a 10. (9 or less being normal.) I've never been an egg eater but I've been able to use eggs when baking paleo muffins.

I really would like to make an aioli to serve with my proteins maybe like once every 3 months or so but would that be too risky?

At 10, there's a small statistical probability that it might even be a false positive result.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
