About 6 weeks after I was gf,df,sf,egg-free I began to have yellow, unformed stools. Why would I suddenly go from multiple, but formed stools before to these yellow ones? What should I do about it?
When I went df I substituted ghee and I have noticed I was eating quite a bit, but I ate a fair amount of pastured butter before going df.
