New-Found Energy

Post by Golfingail »

I have been doing the elimination diet for 1 month now. I just noticed the past few days that I have tons of energy! I didn't realize how lethargic I had become over the past year until I started feeling better and am also not quite in as bad as brain fog as usual. (my husband says he still thinks it's a blonde thing)
Still having good and bad days, but more good than bad!!

Did you all find this to be true when you first started changing your diet??

HI,
I remember that feeling too-- of starting to have some energy, not having to nap when I got home from work, and having more good days than bad days. At this point my bad days are down to 1 or 2 per month and even those are generally mild. It takes super-human patience but it helps to see the patterns that you are seeing.

Keep up the good work. It's paying off!
