I inherited Vasomotor Rhinitis Disease from my aunt. This disease in my case and my aunt's case is because we're allergic to the weather. Yes, the weather! I can tell within one day or two that a storm is brewing. Here in Savannah, we have popcorn storms almost daily and I stay sick. It mimics allergies, hence I spent a fortune at the allergist's office and know I bought him a couple of Mercedes Benzes. The allergy injections did nothing for my hellish ordeal. The allergist even called me CRAZY! I found this out from another allergist. She found it in my medical chart. She became very angry. This disease is real. It inflames the lining of your nose, your eyes, your face, your ears, your brain and other areas. I would get sick and dizzy and could barely drive a car. I was like this when I was a Wee Kid. It made obtaining a college degree and work difficult. I felt better when I worked the midnight shift because the dizziness and discomfort would subside. Weather Changes are my Enemy! Everybody called my aunt crazy and I know I was bullied because of it. It's a living hell. This is common and many people have it and confuse it with allergies -yes, allergies to weather changes.
