It's been a while, but here I am...
I've been feeling great. I only have D once every two weeks, sometimes even once a month. The nausea is so much better and I just feel happier then ever.
Thank you for sharing all your stories and guidelines with me. I am better thanks to all of you.
Special thanks to Tex: if I hadn't found this website, I still would have eaten gluten and dairy products, and I still would have been as sick as used to be.
