Sweetbeat HRV app for food sensitivities

Post by Chrisdat »

I used the sweetbeat app [url] http://www.sweetwaterhrv.com/documentat ... ivity).pdf [\url]
to test food sensitivities. It is an easier, and more precise method of Dr. Arthur Coca's pulse test. I've heard many good things about this method and app.

But for me it did not work. Being in the middle if an LC flare I was reacting to so much. My pulse is high due to dehydration, so sometimes my resting morning pulse would be in the mid-90's. This throws off the whole day of testing.

I tried several foods for over many days and I tested sensitive to all of them. This may be true, but for me it is a matter of degrees. 1/2 cup cooked and peeled carrots may test sensitive, but it only bothers me if I get a cup or more. But I am so inflamed everything tested sensitive.

If you are controlled now, I'd recommend giving it a try. I used a chest strap monitor, but you could use their built-in method.
