Bad flare

I have a bad flare going on, so I went to just drinking broth so far today, I have so much pain in lower intestines also, but at least the watery diarreha stopped, but I am zapped of my energy also, how much does stress cause symptoms? We are moving into our house after building a new one on the same spot, we live on a farm, so have been living in. Camper backed up into a newer shed, but at least no mold in there, I am so confused in what to eat or not eat, I have been gluten free for over 3 years, I know corn bothers me so won't eat that, I only have seen a general surgeon because I am from a smaller city, should I get a good doctor to help me get threw these times??? Is there any thing they can do? Thanks Debbie from nebr
