That's Great. Similar to the one I have at the bottom of my posts. I think its good for us to have reminders like that to keep us diligent with our diets so we can live symptom free. I have a few of them posted around my house and on my phone to remind me of my goals. I conquered the diabetic diet & I am determined to control MC too!
