Question about MRT results

Post by MarthaE »

I am planning on doing enterolab testing but I already believe I'm sensitive to corn all grains dairy gluten, soy etc. My MRT results tell me I'm allergic to wheat, corn chicken cucumbers, almonds, eggs, bananas blue #1, no imodium for me, red # 40, pepto is out too and all beans and peanuts. Right now I'm eating sprouted organic nut butters, not almond, lamb broth, some lamb, turkey, pureed spinach, over cooked asparagus and pureed winter squash. With such a limited diet will my body create an allergy to the foods I'm eating now??? I would love to do a rotation diet but I don't have enough items that are non reactive in my diet to do so. I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, but I just thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks so much, m
