celebrate the small steps in recovery....
Hello!
I added wilted baby kale to my diet successfully! Whoo hoo!!!!
You'd be the only group of individuals that would see a reason to celebrate that accomplishment!
Now, I can eat 3 meats, pecan & sunflower seed butter, coconut and squashes (zucchini, butternut, & acorn) carrots, canned green beans (once a week only), and I wanted another green veggie so much.....so I tried the kale and 4 days later, it's agreeing with me!
Oh joy, oh joy, oh, joy!

I am thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength.

I was explaining to my husband just tonight the virtues of BABY greens. I really do digest them better and the baby spinach is as easy to digest for me as the baby kale. I know the thrill of being able to eat something without distress later! Congratulations!

Yes, we all definitely understand! Just found out I can eat cantaloupe which I love and I was so very much missing the fresh & raw things I always ate before. Can now have bananas, avocado and melons if they are ripe and soft.
