For those of us who would like to up their protein and can eat beef, Chris Kresser has a dairy, grain, and legume free protein powder that is sweetened with stevia and comes in vanilla and chocolate. Check out his web site. It can be ordered form his "store. it's not cheap though.
Hi, Check out "True Nutrition" They have all the different types of protein powders. You buy it plain and add your own sweeetner or you can pick the sweetner. The beef protein is aprox $12 /lb. I checked out the Chris Kessler protein and it is $68 for 18oz. Jon
I haven't tried it Cathy, but Jon is right, it's expensive. The advertisement says it doesn't taste like beef, but I can't attest to that. I have never been a protein shake person, but I know that there are people out there that are looking for something easy to make and digest.

That method is much cheaper, much healthier, much less risky, more nutritious (meat contains every essential amino acid), and surely much tastier.
