I have 3 lbs of sorghum flour, 2 lbs of sorghum for popping, one pound of rice flour unopened. If you want it let me know. Just pay the shipping and I will get it to you.
I can't eat it and it is taking up so much room in my kitchen.

Awwww, Lesley....I know how you feel! I ended up feeding my sorghum, teff, & buckwheat to my husband in the form of pancakes & waffles!

I have been trying some coconut flour recipes, and enjoying it. It's so hard to find them though due to not being able to use eggs!!!!

I've been substituting 1/4 cup applesauce for each egg in my recipe. It seems to work well, maybe not as light & fluffy, but very filling.

Me too. I'm down to rice and occasional quinoa as my only grains.
