Good for Blue Bell!

I didn't realize they made any dairy-free products.

Thanks for the info.

There are other similar bars out now, but I'm very sad that I probably can't eat them. Fructose and me are not good friends :( Enjoy Theresa!

The folks who manage the grocery stores in the small towns around here probably don't even realize that non-dairy ice creams are even available. But since Blue Bell is so popular in Texas, I checked the grocery store in one of the small towns nearby, and as I expected, they had the peach and strawberry bars, so I picked up a box of the peach version while I was there. I'll try one tomorrow to see if my gut agrees that they're a good product.

Thanks again for the tip.

Theresa, these look good! I'll have to check my area to see if I can get them.

Thank you.

I think we may be addicted to them. DH loves them too. In Texas having a cool, sweet treat in the evenings is mandatory
We live about 2 blocks from a Dairy Queen and last few summers we would go about once per week and get a dipped cone....yum. Back then ice cream would just give me a little gas, now I really don't want to risk finding out what it will do

I know what you mean, going for ice cream in the summer is one of life's little pleasures. But I know too well what dairy will do to me so it won't cross my lips! I printed some recipes for homemade "ice cream" but I haven't tried any of them yet. Marcia
