Yay.....for removal of carrageenan

Great news! Carageenan was one of my sensitivities that I identified early on. It doesn't agree with me at all and unfortunately was an ingredient in almost all of the milk substitutes. Thanks for the news.

BTW, was it you who mentioned the coconut wraps for sandwiches? I never got around to ordering them - do you like them? What is the taste like? I have tried the coconut paleo bread and don't like its smell or taste, but maybe the wraps are milder.

Polly,

I purchased coconut wraps called, "Paleo Wraps", so I could make a quick sandwich for on the go...but haven't needed to use them yet. They have a shelf life of 9 months, so I wasn't in a hurry. They are just made out of coconut meat & coconut oil & they're organic.

I never heard of coconut bread. What brand was it, I will avoid it, but look around for it.
