I tried, took 4+ weeks but in the end my insurance, HealthNet through the Market Place, will not cover EnteroLab testing.

So, I shall send off the sample that's been in the freezer, next Tuesday, and I'll FINALLY know what is bugging me, besides Gluten, in 2-3 weeks and I can get on with life.

I've been eating basic, BBQing grain fed beef burgers, turkey breast roasts and pork loins and having a small sweet potato with that. Still eating my homemade nut/seed granola and putting almond milk or coconut yogurt on it. Rolling chunks of turkey breast and avocado in corn tortillas for lunch. Managing to eat some fruit, cantaloupe and pineapple, red grapes, bananas, 2 soft BMs a day. Avoiding dairy most of the time. My nose is complaining, sneezing, so something besides gluten is bugging me, I can't WAIT to know.

On another note my 86 year old mother contracted Labrynthitis/Binaural Neuritis a year ago after a bout of delirium put her in the hospital for 10 days. She was reassessed by some western medicine panel last week and they told her they can do nothing else for her. I decided to take it on. She lives in Woonona, NSW, Australia, north of Wollongong where most practitioners are and Mom & Dad don't like driving in as it means finding difficult parking and walking, she uses a walker.

First I started researching natural cures, I found changes in diet, cranial adjustments, and Chinese mushrooms have been successful. She had an acupuncturist, I wonder if that could help, that she liked before this all happened, but she is up a long flight of stairs she cannot manage. I started looking for Chinese doctors/acupuncturists in her area and found 2 with email addresses and wrote to them. I got a swift reply from a Naturopathic Office:
Our practitioners practice holistic principles & we often inter-refer within the clinic. Other services available include kinesiology, osteopathy, chiropractic’s & acupuncture. The initial consult is often conducted by one of our naturopaths & then we make decisions around what is best for the client in regards to results.

That all sounds good to me, now I just need my mom to believe that she is worth spend the $ on. In our last phone call she said she has this because she is a bad person... Sigh.

I wrote all that just wondered if anybody here has any experience with it. She has had Meuniere's for decades, and Tinnitus too. Now this, she is miserable and taking it out on my Dad.
