Hi Everyone,
I have tried to get on a couple of times and finally I asked for a new password and so now I am in. Tex do we lose our account if we don't use it routinely? Now I put in the new password but would like to change it back to my regular one so I can remember it
I am remembering how miserable I was last year at this time so for anyone feeling blue and wondering what they could be thankful for when the big D is springing up on them routinely - there is hope!!! I went to the North Carolina Mts for a month and now am back in sunny Florida - enjoying life. My acct. said there were 888 unread messages so there is a lot to catch up on. I am enjoying retirement. I harvested vegetables from the community garden for the soup kitchen today. Ringing the bells for the Salvation Army next week. I am walking, kayacking and enjoying almost everyday. I remain gluten free. I also continue to stay away from dairy and soy although I have tried a little cheese on a few occasions and I have done well. I try to eat "real foods" and stay away from processed foods....however, my sweet tooth returned much to my chagrin....I stay away from cakes and cookies - but I do get into the chocolate :(
Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving....and to all the newbies....hang on - it does get better!!
Jean

Everything will be ok in the end, if it's not ok, it's not the end.
Hello Jean,
I remember your post from when I first came here. I'm so glad you are doing well. I'm so thankful to be getting on with my life too. I remain gluten and dairy free.
I have two friends that spend the winter in Ft Myers, at The Lexington. It's beautiful. It makes me want to hurry and retire so that I can join them
Enjoy your winter and soak up that sun! We will just keep on keeping on with our VitD
Love,
Connie

Hi Jean,
It's good to see a post from you again (especially such a positive one) It's great to see that you're doing so well.
No, your account is always there. Note that all your previous posts are still associated with your account. All you have to do to get your old password back is to go into your profile, and change it back to whatever you want, and then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
Thank you for your update, and I hope that your Thanksgiving is most enjoyable, also.
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
