Monique,

Healing and Peace to you also and to everyone on this board.
This board has given me my life back.
I can't begin to tell you how much better I am. As long as I eat right I have NO problems.
I catch myself going out without extra underwear in my purse! Now that's something!!!!
We just lost my MIL and I was good through all that.

For any newbies there is hope. Please hang in there and if I can help in any way please message me:)

Love to each and everyone of you,
Connie

Happy New Year to all!

And thanks for the kind words, Monique. It's really great to hear that you're continuing to do so well, especially since you had such a tough time of it for so long.

Connie,

I once broke down and bought some adult diapers, but I never could get up the nerve to actually try them. Strangely, I kept them in my vehicle, in case of an emergency (as if MC would provide enough warning to actually allow me to change in time.)

Happy New Year everyone!! I resolve to practice mindfulness as a way of reducing stress this year, which I know will help with MC.

So grateful to be in recovery from this disease.
