Slippery elm
Just wondering if anyone has tried slippery elm tea or capsules as treatment and if it helped

like most things in MC World, what works well for one person may not work so well for another.
if you use the search function you can read previous discussions, you will find members that have tried or used Slippery Elm.....
based on the various discussions i have seen over the past 5 years or so, things like slippery elm are like other supplements and things like pro-biotics - only when we are at a certain stage of healing can someone tolerate and benefit from these products.
I cant provide the scientific reason for this, this is just an observation based on what others have posted....
