Hi all,
I take 2.000 mcg of Jarrow's Methyl B-12 each day, I put them under my tongue and try to keep them there for at least 30 min. I have noticed that my teeth are not as white as they used to be some half year ago, and wonder why.
When searching the net I came over this forum for people with CFS/ME. A lot of solutions are listed, both how to avoid discoloring of the teeth and where to put the tablets in our mouth.
This is very confusing.
Have you people noticed the same?

Hi Lilia,
My teeth have been discolored for many years anyway because of too much fluoride in the water where I went to school, so I have never paid any attention to possible tooth discoloration due to sublingual lozenges. Most sublingual lozenges contain sorbitol (an indigestible sugar), and that might add to the damage by attracting bacteria, but that's just a wild guess.
Your vitamins seem to be taking a very long time to dissolve. I use Source Naturals methylcobalamin, and a couple of those small lozenges usually dissolve under my tongue in roughly 5 or 6 minutes.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
