How long before I can expect Enterolab materials?

I ordered it last Sunday and really thought that I'd get whatever I need to do the testing so I could get it done and sent back in. Anyone know how long it typically takes? I just worry because there's another address down a block that the post office/Fed Ex/UPS get our addresses mixed up with and am wondering if I need to pursue it.

I just today got Tex's book! I'm so excited! I ordered it last Tuesday or Wed. Amazon does their own thing too! :)

Hi, I would pursue it.

I ordered mine and didn't see it in within three days, called Enterolab and they immediately sent out another kit. I rec'd the second kit within a couple days, the first kit finally showed up a couple days later after that one

After I sent my kit back to Enterolab (which takes a couple of days depending on how many BM's you may have, since you freeze the sample as you go), I actually got my results rather quickly (not sure if they just weren't backlogged or what) a full week after I sent them in. They post on their site up to three weeks for results.

I spoke with a representative at Enterolab a week ago. They said their turn around time for results right now is about 10 days.
