Lovely couple, great bakery!

I met a lovely young woman at the farmer's market by my house. She has lymphocytic colitis and has been struggling for years. She started to bake, and built a business with her husband. It's all based on fruit, and mostly fruit is used for sweetening. It is GF, DF and EF.
I can't eat her stuff, because her flour mix does not agree with me. RICE!
They ship all over the states. Everybody seemed to enjoy what she made. I watched while people tasted her samples.

They don't do bread. She is nervous about it because of yeast and candida. Her cupcakes are in jars when they are shipped.

I wish I could try her stuff.
