I am not a fan of multi's

It generally has very small amounts of each ingredient aimed at general population to top up nutrients from n
'Normal'eating plan.

Have you searched the forum, I recall some discussions where people mention safe multi's.

Also, did you get the nancy Mullen email this week about oxolates?

 If the vitamin E wasn't sourced from soybeans it may be safe. It says soy-free, but a lot of products made from soy say that.

I agree with Gabes that except for the cheaper vitamins included, most of the amounts are rather low, but that's not exactly uncommon among multivitamins, of course. Mighty expensive product, but I realize there aren't many safe multivitamins out there.

Thanks, guys....Tex, I forgot about checking on where the source of the vitamin E is from.....I'm glad I asked.....

Gabes, I didn't get Nancy Mullens email....I wonder why? Can you email it to me?
I will search for safe multi's.

I've just had chronic fatigue and thought maybe a multi would help a bit, but I know with all my polymorphisms it probably won't be as simple as not getting enough nutrients from my diet......
