Typical meal plan for a day

Being new to the idea that certain foods can aggrevate C.C., ( Dr. never mentioned it, just said to try Pepto Bismal and Immodium)
If anyone has the time I'd like to read a typical breakfast, lunch & supper plan.

(I did test negative for Celiac's disease.)
Autoimmune liver disease (primary biliary cirrhosis) and Collagenous colitis.
