Hi folks. Just touching base with you all. MC wise, I am doing great. I have been able to even eat a bit of soy and dairy in small quantities with no ill effect. yay!
I just wanted to let those of you who can have oats, that Cheerios are now gluten free!

I've been looking for those, Leah, and can't find them yet. I used to eat them like a snack, by the handful. There is nothing I can snack on now and Cheerios will do the trick. Thanks.
