My sis has MS and exercise is so important to keeping her healthy. Not surprising the link with other auto-immune disorders. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for posting this. I started resistance training and moderate cardio last spring and I really do feel it has made a difference. I hurt my knee a few weeks ago (well a dog ran at me and knocked me off of my bike) and I haven't been to the gym since. I definitely feel worse overall.

I have to exercise daily or I just don't feel right. Most days it's a 25 minute walk around the development but that's enough to get me moving & get fresh air. The dog is with me so it's not a constant pace, we have to stop and smell the roses. :lol:
