Picometer magnesium

Post by Vanessa »

Has anyone tried Picometer or ionic magnesium supplementation? During busy work week it's hard to keep up on topical besides morning and night. Carolyn Dean uses this form because others gave her D. Just wondered if anyone else has had luck with it...

So far so good with Picometer Magnesium....I bought some ReMag from Dr. Carolyn Dean's site. This ionic form of mag is so small it enters the mucus membranes of the mouth so it can enter your cells for better absorption, also not causing GI distress. Going slow so that any natural detox will be slowed a bit....

Dr Dean researched her stuff (i have the book) so I would be confident in the quality of the product

great news that it is going ok... and yes your body will do some detoxing with the increased mag so additional BM's / looser BM's are very likely...
