Question about magnesium spay
I've been using the spay for 3 days. First day it dried, yesterday after 20 minutes it was still "tacky". Is it doing it's "job" if it won't dry?
I suspect that the absorption rate depends on the condition of our skin. The tight junctions between the epithelial cells (pores) must open before any substances can cross the epithelial boundary either going in or coming out. I would assume that a warm substance applied to dry skin would be much more likely to be absorbed faster than cool substances sprayed onto moist or oily skin. But I'm just guessing, of course. The Ancient Minerals magnesium oil never seems to dry on my skin, but I'm pretty sure that it's working, because it tends to cause a slight burning sensation.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Thanks Tex. I forgot to mention the burning sensation :-) It must be working.
I've been trying to find on the internet a mag glycinate supplement to take that doesn't have corn, soy, gluten, dairy or palm oil, I don't think I can get enough magnesium topically. I'd have to bath in it. Any suggestions on a brand of mag glycinate? I can't do the Epsom Salt foot bath I'm allergic to sulfa.
Thanks again, so appreciate your breadth and depth of knowledge.

Christina,
Unless I overlooked something, the brand I use (Doctor's Best) doesn't have any of the ingredients you listed.
You're very welcome,
Tex
