Just checking to see if your tests went ok today! I'm sure it is a "hurry up and wait" thing now. Do you have to wait long to get the results?
Hope your weather is behaving itself today!
It was beautiful in N. Central Ohio today - mid 70's and sunny all day! Figures...rains when I'm off of work and gorgeous when I have to go back!
Luce - how did your test go?

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha
About the leg/M.D. Anderson
Hi there,
Started out at a brand new building that must've opened up about 4 months ago, at least the ultrasound part did.
MDA has the most state of the art equipment, but I was amazed at the detail of this ultrasound. For some reason this Indian ultrasound person musta liked me cause he gave me a guided tour of the inside of my lower leg.
Had me wiggle my toes so I could see the tendon move on the screen, and also, got to see the actual blood flowing through the blood vessels.
Was a bit early, so lady gave me a warm blankie, so I doubled up the little flat pillow, and almost went totally to sleep. As a result, I've been having trouble with my neck the rest of the day.
Neat part was that I got to see lots of the new buildings from a second floor overpass (don't remember what you call those walkway things between buildings that go over the cars, etc.?). This walkway was one-half mile long, if you can believe that.
Got to ride the oversized golf cart shuttles that they provide from the new building back to where the clinic is where doc usually checks, but he's out of town. His nurse practitioner saw me, and of course, he'll see the written ultrasound results when he returns, but no one thinks there'll be anything there, just as I thought.
She did say she'd discuss with him my request to not have to do the annual checks there at the hospital, so she said that perhaps they could stop those after the 5th normal year which would be 2007. YEAH!
I'm sooo sleepy that I can't stand it -- hits me all of a sudden.
Wish I could read more, but just can't.
Yours, Luce
