St. Petersburg

Post by Marcia K »

I'm off to St. Petersburg, FL tomorrow. I'm a little nervous about it because I'll be traveling with our son and his girlfriend and I'll be sharing a bedroom & bathroom with her. Since my diagnosis I have only gone on vacation with my husband and I didn't have to think so much about where we will eat, etc. The resort we're staying at has gf items listed on their menus but as we all know, there is much more to this than being gf. I'll give an update when we return. I am so looking forward to the FL sunshine as it's still chilly in PA.

Marcia,

I hope everything goes well on the trip.

Good luck, Marcia.

I'm off this coming Saturday to fly to Vegas for about 3 days. I'm busy making my list and checking it twice! :) I'm determined to have a good time. Am loving hearing that those of us who haven't traveled much (if at all) since our diagnosis, are beginning to venture out! Please let us know how it goes.
