Magnesium Miracle!

Post by Vanessa »

Hey Guys,

Just posting an update after being on Dr. Dean's ReMag product for 3 months. Awesome, awesome, and more awesome. I implore all of you to look at the website RnA reset.com and check this stuff out. Thanks to you guys I knew all of my weird symptoms were tied to mag deficiency, but I just couldn't get the therapeutic dosage absorbed. This liquid mag is the real deal and is 100% absorbed at the cellular level. Its picometer nano size doesn't rely on the gut for absorption. I have had no issues with worsening D and slowly worked my way up to 700 mg a day. There is a radio show to listen to on the website and free downloads of info on the products. I've got my whole family on them and can't say enough good things. If you think it is pricey, just realize it is 100% absorbed and your getting a lot of bang for your buck.

Also, as Gabes has said many times, you must start slowly. Magnesium is a detoxifier and it really "revved" me up when I first started at too high of a dose. My theory also is it could have been my body saying Whoa! Now we need more of this! They are now saying there are 1,000 enzyme processes in the body that require magnesium! She also has a product called ReMyte which I also take. It has 12 minerals to support the thyroid. Not big doses, but their nano size makes them very potent and effective. She has a protocol of how much water intake with sea salt or Himalayan salt added to it. This has also been a huge help to me. I feel my water gets drawn into my cells instead of peeing it right out and being thirsty all of the time.

Things that I thought were going to be life long problems for me resolved. Everytime I would start eating initially, I would get burning behind my breast plate. GONE! Other improvements (some obvious) regulation of menstrual cycle, sleep, ENERGY, no more shortness of breath and feeling like I will go down any second, heart pounding at night is gone...this was an extremely debillitating one for me and worse during ovulation and PMS, I jog faster, can think better, and no longer do I expect some random weird symptom to pop up every other week like it used to. Cravings for sugar and foods I shouldn't partake in are lessening. Anyway, thats enough for now. Just wanted to tell my friends here if they want to up the mag, this is a great option for us all!

WOO HOO!!!!!

Awesome news Vanessa, i know you had a rough patch so it is fantastic news that so many of your issues have resolved

I use practitioner grade magnesium here in Australia (its a product not available in USA) proves that spending a bit extra for quality products can make the difference...

Enjoy the wellness!

Linda
I use Orthoplex MagOpti as oral magnesium -
I think Metagenics have a good Magnesium product as well that is Practitioner only

The ethical Nutrients Mega Mag is not too bad as a readily available product (especially when on special at chemist warehouse) Tablets are MC friendly.

Thanks Gabes

I was using Metagenics Magnesium Glycinate 400mg with Doctors Best 200mg a day plus alternating epsom salts baths, foot baths, lotion, and oil! Just couldn't get it in. I'm glad the tablets work for some. I read in the literature they are at best 4-20% absorbed. I would have needed to take 20 pills to get the therapeutic effect which surely would have caused D.

It was Glycinate tablets. Part of my problem of non absorption I'm sure.

Vanessa. Thanks for posting this valuable information. I ingested some new magnesium last week that I thought was going to be safe and I think it was the culprit that sent me into a 4 day flare.

I've stopped all vts, until I feel better, and I also placed an order for the magnesium that you recommended. Thanks!

Vanessa
if it is ok with you , can i use part of your post in our 'Guidelines for Recovery section about magnesium??
I think it would be good to mention that some people need better quality products to optimise absorption

Gabes,

That would be great to post this info there. I really want all of us to have access to this stuff. I think this could really help newbies and anyone still struggling.

Mag oil

Post by Lou Ann »

I just got my magnesium oil today...the directions say to wipe off after 20 minutes and apply moisturizer ...is that necessary because it seems to absorb into my skin without Being to much I feel the need to wipe off.

Hi Lou Ann,
I wipe the powdered remnant off, and if I feel my skin is too dry then I will apply a safe lotion, my Magnesium lotion, or a little bit of coconut oil :-) Don't be afraid to experiment when the feeling hits you.

Vanessa and Everyone who may like to try the liquid Re-Mag,
I rec'd my Re-Mag yesterday, and started using it last night in my water. The irony is it has a familiar taste to some Ionic Mineral drops that I used to use 5-6 years ago. I do suggest that even if you have been applying and ingesting tablet form magnesium that you take baby steps in drinking this because you have to get used to the altered flavor of the mineral in the water, I would suggest starting with the 1/8 teaspoon. Just a heads up, but this can make for a rude a wakening if you are not prepared for it ;-) I have no doubt this will be very good for me.

Oh I'm so glad you girls ordered your Re Mag. This will help spread the word here to our friends who are in desperate need of it.

I had been searching for an ionic form for a very long time and tried a few duds, no noticeable difference what so ever. But with Re Mag I noticed a difference in 3 days! I wouldn't trust any other liquid form personally. I can't emphasize enough to go slowly....I know we are different little snow flakes but to be on safe side until you know how it will effect you. I started with a little under 1/4 of a teaspoon and worked my way up to 2 1/2 teaspoons. I'll probably stay here for a couple of years until I'm saturated
 . I also purchased a measured dropper from Wal Greens that works way better than using the cap or a measuring spoon.

Erica,

The taste does require a little getting used to but I was so ill when I started I didn't care. I would always joke that if someone told me to eat 3 white dog turds a day and you'll heal, I would be the first in line :pigtail: It took about a week before I realized I couldn't stand the gross taste of plain water. Now I always have to add a little sea salt or pink salt to my water so I can stand drinking it. Never thought I would say that.....
