Hi, Jari!

Thank you for posting this! I took a look and what a great resource! Now, how can we get the word out to other food manufacturers, bakeries, etc. that there is a HUGE (and growing) market of people with food intolerances? And then to the supermarkets and other prime places where people shop for their food that they need to actively solicit, carry and promote these items for this needy (and potentially extremely profitable!) group of people??

Thanks, Jari. There is a gluten free bakery about 25 minutes from where I live but their dairy free options are limited. They have a FB page and their products look awesome so for anyone who is only gf I would imagine it's an awesome place to visit! I live in PA and I saw a restaurant in MD on FB that is free of the top allergens so when summer is over we're going to take a road trip there. Someone wrote to be sure to take a cooler along which makes it even more exciting! (Although I never get my hopes up too high because we are so limited in what we can eat).

I can attest to Mariposa Bakery in San Francisco and Oakland. The Oakland store is small and fun, you can even sit and have a cup of coffee if you wish to linger. Their product is delicious! Because they are a small company, Ihope, hope, hope, they stay in business
