After A great amount of time I have spent searching for A good quality gut safe B complex in the active form
I might have found one.
Has anyone tried this brand?
Tex

Terry,
The doses are not particularly high, but the amounts of B-12 and folate are relatively low, compared with the B-6. At least they're in the active form. All in all, it's probably OK.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Terry, I couldn't seem to access the specific supplement on that site, but I also agonized on finding a good B complex. I finally settled on Vitacost--Vitacost Synergy Optimized B-100 Complex Enhanced Bioavailability -- 60 Capsules.
the thing I like it that it is balanced, also the folic acid is actually folate which is better absorbed. I didn't like that it had rice flour as a filler because I tested 2 on Enterolab for that, but you can't win them all. I also take a daily sublingual b 12 that I found on their site--Bio Nutrition 6000 mcg, which I cut in half with my handy pill cutter. Tex says we basically burn B12, among other nutrients.
BTW, if you're interested, Vitacost frequently offers buy 1 get half off 2nd one, which I always take advantage of. Hope this helps.
