Garden of Eden Primal Defense Probiotic-anyone tried?

Just curious if anyone has any input about Garden on Eden probiotic helping their MC? Someone recommend it. I use the Culturelle Digestive formula, personally, but if something else is better.....thx!!

what we have seen from contributions here on the forum is that in the early days of healing, not many MC'ers tolerate or benefit from probiotics.
I think it has to do with histamine /mast cell levels and the type of inflammation we have with MC.
Down the track of the healing journey probiotics are tolerated.

Thx!! I think I'll stick to the one I'm on. My MC actually got better on it when I had my first ever flare and I've taken it since. I also just wet GF!! Of course I'm also on entocort but MC And my mood seem improved.
