Coco-Roons
While at Costco I discovered Coco-Roons. We're going to a picnic tomorrow so I bought some to take along. I don't eat a lot of sweets but I know it bothers my friends when they're enjoying all of the desserts and I don't have anything. I'm fine with that but I thought I would make them happy. Ingredients are organic, non-gmo and gluten free: dried coconut, coconut nectar, maple syrup, almond flour and cocoa. They're a little on the dry side, but not bad. I tried some yesterday and my insides didn't come out so that's always my seal of approval! They are available online as well.
