Relapse, Entocort/Budesonide

Post by bluesdelta25lucky »

Hello all! I was diagnosed with LC in 2014. I am 38. Until recently, I had not been having any problems and feel certain I was in remission. I had a c-section 3 months ago, and ever since I have had D/loose stools. For the past 4 1/2 weeks (of a 6 week script) I have been on Budesonide. It seems to have helped with the D, but I still have loose small stools every time. I think I may have had one bulky bm in the last 4 1/2 weeks. Has anyone else been on Budesonide and had no success? I don't feel bad and was having pain but the treatment does seem to have helped that.

I started Budesonide Nov.2014 (4 months) and it did not do A thing for me and it wasn't until the end of the 4 months I found out my D3 was
at 11 and Tex has stated that Entcort uses your D3 to help fight the inflammation.
