PillPack online pharmacy

Post by sunny »

Have any of you had positive experiences with PillPack? I was very intrigued by their business premise...they package your medications in plastic tear-off packaging. So no more pill bottles in drawers or cupboards....no more filling plastic holders each week. The packages indicate what time you prefer to take them. They don't charge extra for their services or shipping. Sounds great! What could go wrong?
I've been so frustrated with attempts to communicate with them and get a timely answer, or even get a response. They were prepared to send me meds I no longer take, tried to contact the wrong doctor for my meds. They still haven't emailed my husband about his account.
And both of our meds are due to ship Oct. 18
I have been seriously stressed over not hearing back from them about these errors. There are multiple pharmacists who have contacted me but they don't seem to know what another wrote and don't answer my concerns.
So this morning I told them to cancel. Still haven't heard back but assume I will eventually.
